How long do repairs usually take?
We usually will have a repair done within 1 week.
What are your rates?
Most labor rates are a flat fee depending on the type of equipment plus parts. Major repairs and rebuilds are quoted.
What are your hours?
Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Saturday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
What equipment do you work on?
We work on Pro Audio, Guitar Amps, Keyboards, Tape Media Products, Speakers, Lighting Equipment. Most any equipment for the musician, recording studio, sound reinforcement, schools, churches, and others.
What don’t you work on?
We do not work on Broadcast Equipment like Cameras, Digital Broadcast Recorders, Dats, Adats. We do not work on consumer equipment for the most part but there are a few exceptions.
Do you work on tube as well as solid state gear?
Yes, we work on both tube and solid state gear.
Do you work on vintage equipment?
Yes, we work on lots of vintage gear.
Do you do mods?
Usually not. The only exception is if they are factory-directed modifications.
